Ive been wanting to pack on the pounds as well but i have no motivation..... Besides Senzait your body is in good shape already. Unless you tryna get Brock Lesnar big....

It is hard to gain weight when you have no muscle. Don't diet, but don't eat junk food either. Eat meat, pb and j etc.
Just work on upper one day, lower the next, then rest, rinse and repeat. You'll gain atleast 5 muscle lbs in 2-2 1/4 months. Trust me. I have to watch what I eat, but assuming by your picture that i've seen of you, you don't really need to. Just don't eat too much junk and rack up on veggies, meat, fish, and bread. If you need more tips then message me and I will help you and motivate you.
 
Talisman thanks for the tips. I got to agree with Ring on this one though. Its IMPOSSIBLE to build 8 pounds of muscle in 2 weeks. If your new to working out (Body isn't used to lifting), you eat and work out right I think you max out at like 2 pounds/week.

Ill update in a week and half. Had some rough patches but getting back in to it.
No problem. The only way someone gains weight that fast is if they use steroids. The funny thing is that if you use steroids then you can kill yourself+have side effects+you have to wait for years to be really ripped. You might as well do it the natural way.

I really appreciate the advice..... Like Senzait, I too have a fast Metabolism .. I have very little body fat.. Im "6,2'' and weigh 160lbs. Been the same size since I was 16yrs..... Im 22yrs now.

A fast metabolism is hard to deal with, but you can fix that with the right toools and workout schedule. Eat more and workout alot too, you'll be fine. You may have to double your portions, but if you're full then that's good.
