Super late ,but i'll fill you in on a good plan.
Gaining 8 pounds in muscle in 2 weeks is extremely hard and dangerous.
I'm 6'3 and 280 lbs and work out alot. I'll tell you how to get strong.
1) Trust me. Don't workout everyday, you can hurt yourself and in the long run can affect you even though it isn't right now.
2) Drink protein drink a protein shake 30 min. before you workout and immediately-20 mins. after you workout.
3) Concentrate on how you lift. You have to have good form or you won't gain anything.
4) Work upper one day, legs next day then rest another day, you will feel pain if you workout right.
