I don't see it that way. I just see them as benefits. Itz good to shed a few pounds by playing sports but over doing it is not good. If your body demands rest give it what it needs. Same goes with video games. Even if I take Soul Calibur seriously I rather have a good night sleep have a good meal before playing.I say sports and art are more productive because it exercises your body and creativity (not to mention you can sell that painting for a few bucks). Maybe 'productive' isn't the correct term, but you get my point. And to those who defend video games by saying they exercise hand-eye coordination, you're right, but come on, we all know it's much healthier to exercise the body.
Besides sports, video games, and exercise are just lifestyles that ppl choose, but of course I would rather choose video games because itz more fun, just like a hockey player would choose hockey over anything else cuz to the player itz fun.
