For my new years resolution imma try and go to the gym 5 days a week.
I used to do it sometime mid November, but I stopped due to work, school, and late night christmas shopping.
It's extremely hard for me to stick to a strict diet because I LOVE food (especially the kind that's bad for you) and I love to eat... My dad's a doctor and has made me a nutrition list, but it's really hard for me to stick to it. :\
But Imma try and stick with it next year for sure! I've gained some weight during the winter so I am looking into burning it off, wish me luck!
And good luck to y'all putting the work to work out after a busy day or work/school or both at the same time! It's extremely hard and you deserve a pat on the back for achieving your ideal weight!
