The Weight Loss Thread

OH! GOOD THREAD!

I my self am in the process of trying to get my body fat percentage down from 15% to at least 10%.

It's tough stuff. I finally started eating right, which can be very tedious at times. I'm still finding new fun stuff to eat but I am still kinda weak in the dinner department. Assistance?

There's this lady at my job who eats nothing but Lean Cuisines for lunch. She doesn't necessarily work out at all but I know another coworker who eats those and does work out. Seems to be getting really good results.

I was browsing through a couple of their selections at a grocery store and I noticed that some of them do have some tasty choices, and really cheap depending where you live and which store you buy them. I was thinking of starting off my diet with those + working out.
Maybe you can look into those for dinner!

But one thing I will recommend is to eat something light like a fruit or a small piece of bread to settle your stomach. I used to do that and it really worked well for me!

Good luck!

Yep, they do. I'm not a big fan of them, they have a myriad of preservatives and chemicals which I wouldn't want in my body.

Mizu how fast do you want results and how hard are you going to realistically work for them? Because how you go about it is completely different if your willing to go all out.

Hm... I don't think I need/want the results to be fast, this seems like the kind of thing that should be done at a steady pace. As far as how I work for It, I'm willing to work as hard as I can. I think I'm on the right track with the whole eating thing so far, eating right every day and giving myself one cheat day (Usually Saturday). And I go to the gym about 4 days a week (sometimes more) with every intent of finishing my routine for the day no matter how long it takes me. Thank god Anytime Fitness never closes. ^.^V
