Anyways, I dropped the idea of buying a Renault, they are expensive and my mom wants me to pick a VW Jetta, I like jettas but they are very common these days so I am not really sure.

I think I may get a Nissan, not sure which one yet, but they are cheap and very versatile, the problem is that Nissan is the most stolen trademark (at least in my country)

I'm also looking for Ibizas, the are good cars and very attractive, though i'm not sure if their maintainence is expensive or not

Why? Chevy has fuel efficient models too. About the looks though, I can't say. To me all compacts and sub-compacts look ugly as hell. =(
