Yes, it's not really a combo. It's just a quick way to put a blocking opponent in backturned state for easier launched.
Even if the animation is not the stomp, and just the generic 2K?
Not sure about the non stomp 2K's frame advantage. That said, if they roll to the side, it'll still hit them.
What are these enders anyway? If someone said them I must have missed them.


ed. I found it, 6PKP is incorrect, it's supposed to be just 6PK, and then the stomp comes out every time. Pretty sweet. I'll trade reliability for 9 damage.

I'd say, the worst thing about Core Fighters is that you can't check things in practice mode (because the characters are locked); at the same time, it forces you to figure stuff out in the field. There's a lot of trial-and-error and repeatedly getting hit by (obvious) things, but I do feel stronger for it (despite this not usually being the way I do things...)
