there is no such thing as a truly balanced fighting game. you can always come close but there is always a hierarchy . plus this just solidifies alpha pats place as the top tier char.( which is deserved because of how hard he is to play, just like eddie in GG)

ok sir, let me say it again: not true balance, but at least a slightly better balance for the game. Better?
 
As a Xiba player... who thought Xiba was pretty low tier to begin with... I'm actually okay with this patch. It seems mostly justified and "minor". Its not the "over-nerfing" I was worried about.

While I agree that most of this seems like small change, I'm a little disappointed that I didn't see more buffs. Aeon and Ivy got some love, and maybe Hilde depending on new combos, but other than that? Not much. ZWEI in particular either needed some juice, or we're all idiots for not figuring out what he's got that we're not aware of yet. Daishii talked like he was all about buffs > nerfs, but so far that seems like empty promises. But the actual changes themselves are mostly minor. Unless you're a Tira main lol.

Pyrrha only needed one nerf, and that's stabs being more unsafe. She seems to have gotten that. She has no threatening mixup tools as is, she didn't need to get hit with the stick. Then again, neither did Tira lolololololol.

p.s. Tira's nerfed because fuck Tira.
