I remember having trouble with Deadpool when I started using hulk, it was a pain in the ass to deal with but now I don't have as much trouble. The good thing about your team is that one hit on Deadpool and he should be dead so patience will be your friend in this match up. You will eat chip damage there really isn't anyway around that so don't worry about it. Keep dash cancels up and get close to him, once you get the chance to trap him use your lockdown assist to keep him pinned in the corner. What you could also do is if your close enough to him when he super jumps is to Gamma Crush his ass to the ground. For the most part though it all about slowly moving in and forcing him to make a mistake.
 
Awwww shit....I can't help but to say Virgil=Ishida from Bleach. Dante=Ichigo from Bleach. What's worse is I'm gonna be seeing a lot of Virgils.....I wish I wasn't so negative once I realized how cool Virgil was. It's just that my speculation for when he's released, predicts lots of Virgils, Dantes, Hulks, Wolvies, and so on. Just my humble rant...

I'm going to be nitpicky beyond all hell right now, but his name is spelled with an E. Vergil. Sorry, everyone makes that mistake, but it just bugs me because i've been a DMC fanboy since the very first one in 2001.

Also, Pocky, that isn't a prediction; it's a guarantee. I'm not so sure about Hulk, but there will be an ungodly number of Vergil/Dante/Strider players. The ones playing Wolvie will be the ones just sticking to the same BS in vanilla. And let's not forget Wesker here. The thing is, all of these characters have 900,000 or less health in Ultimate which means one good punish and that's it. I'm not worried at all about the influx of these characters because most will suck and stick to the same tactics that they have always used, regardless of who it is.

Teleport-->Herp Derp=All of the aforementioned players.

A little bit of zoning will fix them all up real nicely. What you should be worried about, are the dedicated players who want to unleash their full arsenal of tricks (I.E. me =D) Those are the scary players sans Wolvie. He doesn't have tricks. Just Derp.

Now, my analysis of Vergil leads me to say one thing: He is a MAJOR meter hog. Why? Look at his Hypers. Limitless Judgement Cut hyper for combo ending. Devil Trigger and Summoned Sword utility hyper. Level 3 hyper that seems only usable in Devil Trigger, which means it's actually a Level 4 hyper.

2 Utility hypers mean no meter gain, especially with the fact that it takes one extra meter to change the Summoned Sword's form (4th video in my previous post) but this is going to be the definite hyper of choice for control. Devil Trigger gives a nice buff to Vergil's move (Judgement Cut and Rapid Slash get bigger) So it's OK, but it's still outclassed by Summoned Swords as of now. Level 3/4 hyper is cool, I just hope it isn't Devil Trigger only.

All in all, I'm happy with Vergil and am very pleased that they kept him true to character with all his moves, quotes and even voice actor. I will most definitely put work into him just like Dante.
 
I just don't get the appeal of skullgirls...O.o

I want to like Iron fist....but I'm caught up on how ridiculous that collar on his costume is...He's lucky this is a 2d game where people cant side step into his blind spot.
