Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3

Anyone have any tips on using Joe? I'm trying to use him now and it's going...not as well as planned.
I saw a match where Justin Wong won by just spamming voomerangs right off the round, like MK9 iAir Fans with Kitana. Was pretty funny and seemed hard to get out of. That's all I know though.

---Edit---I also might as well talk about my team. I've been using Hulk(AA Gamma Charge), Wesker(OTG), Dorm(black hole) as my main team recently. I've also been messing around with Dante since his execution comes off as pretty easy to me(except bold move-teleport cancels off 3HHH,6H gives me trouble). Superskrull is nifty too but I can't pull off his tenderizer infinite soooooo =\

You need to have wesker as your anchor, he is better at being an anchor than Dorm. Also gamma charge AA is nice but the regular gamma charge might be better for you. It will extend weskers combos and can extend Dorms corner combo's along with setting up mix ups. Also hulk has armor on it so it can get through some people for you. Y

Ya I'm starting a new team in preperation for UMvC and to play a more harassing style:

Task(h shot)/Storm(whirl)/Doom(missles)

Whole Idea of the team is to play constant keep away and lockdown to constantly force chip and meter gain. Task and Doom can do huge combos alone and with meter and DHC options it's often a dead character. Storm doesn't do much damage but her DHC into either one can be big damage and she is a really pain in the ass with arrow assist triangle jumps and doom assist spam+whirlwinds/flying cross ups.

I realized at EVO that while my wolverine and Akuma are decent, my Taskmaster was really the my strongest point character and to be honest stood out over all the other Taskmasters i was seeing so my goal is to really carry this character further with a new team and with the buffs in UMvC Storm and Doom will likely be great teammates

I want to learn this But i think its going to be awhile... I am just in the last few months have gotten great at SC (I beat people that use to beat me) and I will always love DOA and play fairly well at it... Learning a whole new system is a bit overwhelming, so I think it just going to be a slow process!
