Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3

There's no such thing as Deserves to Lose before they do something in game that shows it. There are ways around the glitch when it's not on hit, and you need 2 meters at least. So them allowing it, like the boss Chris G, and then destroying you is all that much better. I see no issue with it.

2 meter is extremely easy to obtain...even with in the set up...also 1 jab should not net you an easy kill + a full 5 bars of meter to abuse. Dante/Tron/Phoenix...no...just fucking...no

No offense, but this is a load of crap. MvC2 allowed infinites because they were at least difficult to do. This thing hands you the match off of one hit. Using this against people just because you aren't in a tournament makes you an asshole, full stop. It's a cool trick, but obviously its too much for your level of maturity.

HOW does it hand you the match? The game will FREEZE before you kill half a character with it. You get alot of meter and to guarantee a kill you'll use at least 2 meter to do so unless they're almost dead to begin with. It's an over glorified DHC glitch that much funnier to watch.
ANd that's if it was on HIT, on block it's just a boat load of chip damage that you'll have to stop again otherwise the game will freeze. Cool thing on that is going into Devil Trigger will activate the other assists so you get free mix ups. But the point is it's far from a guaranteed win in any situation. Guaranteed character death, MAYBE, but that's just a DHC glitch. The Zero glitch is worse in terms of gamebreaking.

Doing it in general doesn't make you jack shit, other than someone who plays a game using whatever is available. So like shut the hell up Landslide? Someone abusing the back grab glitch in SC3 is an asshole too? Especially with Ivy? I don't believe so no. Or even on a lesser level, HILDE? No of course not, they're there to be used. Of course until they're banned way later than they should, not to mention if at all.

Let me show you something, Animefreak:

So like i was doing this a few minutes ago and did standard combo but instead of going from 3HHH into Shredder i went into the glitch, did it until i got all my meter back then did level 3. The others stay on screen and i get all the level three, but what was cool was i got the entire ending combo afterward. 3HH into Shredder into hammer and so on. which allowed me to go into the glitch AGAIN.

This thing is amazing
Also if i do it while in X-factor it looks like it freezes XF time too so you get all XF damage lol.
you don't even have to touch really to start it lol, infinite block and even begin it on whiff as long as you eventually hit lol
These are all posts made by yourself on SRK (these took 5 minutes to find, btw) in the Quicksilver thread. Now then, if I were reading up on the glitch, just based on the first post alone I would ban this glitch. Perhaps even just this sentence:

"i went into the glitch, did it until i got all my meter back then did level 3."

So you are trying to tell all of us that getting 5 meters for free in a matters of seconds is not gamebreaking, and should be allowed? With this glitch, you are obviously able to end any combo with a level 3 for free, and kill off any character with ease, meanwhile building two additional meters for you to sit on.

Doing the glitch on block, sure, you can just say it's a bunch of chip damage, but the amount of chip damage is also gamebreaking. The only character capable of that level of chip damage (that I am aware of) is Jill, and she has to burn 3 meters + XF to do so (Mad Beast + Arrow Kick is what I'm referring to). Dante just has to make sure he has 2 bars. Jill also only builds (I believe) 1.5-2 bars with her blockstring. But Dante, once again, builds 5. Jill's blockstring can also be advance guarded to significantly reduce the amount of chip. The opponent doesn't have this option with Quicksilver.

And are you perhaps suggesting that something that freezes the game is okay? If something freezes the game, then it was obviously not intended in the first place, because I don't think game developers are in the habit of causing their games to freeze. Let's say that I'm down a character on someone that's getting a perfect on me, and my Dante is almost dead. So what do I do? Activate Quicksilver, and just do the glitch until the game freezes. Now the question is, who does this round go to? I can say, "Oh, I didn't think it'd freeze at that point, I was just playing and trying to win." Most TO's are pretty cool, so they'll probably just say to run it back. As a result, I get a second chance, and reset the momentum of the set. That is gamebreaking as well.

I understand what you're trying to say with "using whatever is available," but comparing this to Hilde? Please, Hilde would kill for the ability to stall the game and get free damage.
