Low turnout equals no point voting if Obama's going to win right? I live in California. No way that anything but Obama was winning this state. So why turn out?
School politics firing a teacher is the same as politics firing any person from any job. Why should it be any different for teachers than it is for any other job. Why can't American teachers even come close to those in the Asian countries? Nevermind that we can't hit kids (sigh) or humiliate teachers/students who do poorly (double sigh).
