Thread revival again...lol
Well I haven't posted here before, but I find now is the time to do so. I have been doing workouts for about 5 months now and my progress is going ok from my view. I started to work out at 220. I couldn't stand looking the way I did. Now my weight is at 190. I have a very strangely shaped body though. My stomach is slightly flabby, but my legs are slim and toned. I am able to fit into smaller pants, but not smaller shirts....lol.
My goal weight for now is 160. This may seem pretty low, but I am only 5'7. I intend on obtaining a slim but fit body. Also I need to lose body fat of which my workout seems to be helping some. Here is some ways I have been doing my weight loss.
-Drinking lots of water. I bring a water bottle down to my room and refill when needed.
-Eating less food more times a day. (EX: 5 small meals instead of 3 big)
-Work out once a day 5 days a week
Pretty basic, but it gets the job done. I'll do my best to update, but as for my photo I have never been comfortable with showing my body tbh.
