The Weight Loss Thread

Yep, to keep moving is the key...

My progress on my workouts....

I gotta punch another whole in my belt and my 40's are falling off of me so now I'm down to a 38 waist line. I don't want to wear them yet as they might be a little bit tight and I like to have space in my clothing lol, but buying a bunch of 40's just seems wow to me right now seeing as I'm smaller now than I was in my senior year of highschool, but with WAY more definition. Here's an updated picture and as good as I can work with until I get a full body mirror again (I seriously have none at the house):

Only thing I noticed is that my chest looks alittle bit more defined and alittle bit smaller around my waist, but it hasn't been a dramatic change since acouple of weeks ago. Hopefully I can get towards my goal of looking amazing by the beginning of july. I'm really shooting for it but at this rate it looks like it wo'nt be until towards the end of july. Only time will tell. I'll also be posting a similar story in my p90x thread lol.

Another week of no weight loss. Although, this passed week I didn't really "try". I over ate and didn't exercise as much as I was used to. I guess the discouragement kind of got to me, but I did watch how much I ate. I didn't want to gain any weight back. This week I'll get back on track. Hopefully I can get to 180 lbs!

once again, trust my past experience on this one. You'll probably have lots of plateaus. I started at 255-260 and I plateaud at 230, at 210, at 200 and again at 190. THey all pass

So I lost another four pounds and down to 226, the weight has really been shedding off since i've been home from college. I'm relaly starting to think that the foods there were fatter than what they should have been. ALmost like they put butter in everything up there. It's not much of a change to post in the p90x thread so i'm gonna wait to do so. Just updating peoples.
