I always heard "Here's my Sunday Vest, Proton Canon".
Does he really talk about his Sunday Vest?

I've heard people say they hear dress too. Here's my sunday best is what he really says.

I'm pretty sure it is best Rei Shao, it's a set phrase referring to the good clothes one wears to church on Sunday. Although his vest is pretty spiffy.

Anyway that sakura quote, is that when she does "senpuu kyaku" (214K)? I think I've heard it too.

I was referring to 214K for Sakura. Street Fighter Alpha 2 is the only game where it sounds like "Cheese Burger".
