The Dreams Thread

Awesome! Sure it counts. The only requirement of a lucid dream is that you are aware that you're in a dream.

Now you're hooked forever. :P Next time try to do something impossible IRL, like flying, or walking through a wall. All you have to do is believe it's possible and you should be able to do it.

This is really cool! I'm gonna try to see if I can do this tonight. I've been doing RC since this morning. I hope I don't get a zombie one because The Walking Dead is on tonight (which is sooo good by the way)! Do you have any tips besides constant RC? And how many RC's are enough? Every 5 minutes? Every 10?

The best tip I can give you is to sleep for 4 or 5 hours and then wake up and stay awake for at least a half hour. During that time do reality checks, think about dreaming and think about what kind of things you're going to do when you become lucid. Then go back to bed and try to keep your mind aware for as long as you can until you fall asleep.

If you're able to remember to do reality checks every 10 minutes all day, that's super-human lol. The natural lucid dreamers I knew on the forum were like that. They called it "constant awareness" and when I attempted to practice it, I did have a lot more lucid dreams.

Hm, okay then! Thanks! I don't think I'll be able to do that tonight due to it being a school and don't want to oversleep by accident (Or have the dream interrupted by alarm clock). But, who knows! >:D
