Gotta love Shenmue. Such a underrated game!

Well, since that's the case.:
• Xenogears (PS1): another awesome RPG that I never finished it. >:
• Legend of Mana (PS1): now that's a very unique RPG; you don't see any RPG like this around these days and the Mana series are awesome in every aspect.

I'll think more later. @_@"

Valkyria Chronicles:

-The sequels are on PSP :(
don't forget there's a third one out on PS3 in Japan. might cross over to America.

Resonance of Fate. One of the best underrated, unknown games I've played.
probably one of the greater looking RPG games as well. one thing this game did better than most other games is having characters that seemed "real". they have different emotions and didn't just feel one way all the time. they were happy, said, joking, embarrassed, etc. Loved the characters in this game. was really disappointed at the poor planning of the story though. :( it had a lot of questions and great potential but unfortunately none of those questions were answered and just left gamers in the dark about a lot of things. like that demon girl. what was her deal. most of the story you have to find out about on the internet since it doesn't tell you in game and i think that's very poor planning on game development. although once you figure out the trick to winning battles easy the battle gets a little repetitive and boring but that's only after you've beaten the game once and fully leveled up and unlocked everything on second playthrough. :P

Sounds good.

Clive Barker's Jericho:

-Black and Jones are borderline OP; Black has tools for every situation possible, Jones can possess most enemies
what was the girl that could slow time? that girl was OP. dive in the middle of a squad of enemies, slow time, shoot them all dead, run back out, repeat. made the game too easy when i played with her.

but an super under rated game i know of is Parasite Eve. and i'm not talking about that bad sequel on PSP. I'm talking about the first one.

+Awesome story
+very good battle system
+many levels and characters. all of them memorable.
+moderately high replay value
+cool enemy design
+custom weapon mechanic was very cool
+amazing soundtrack by one of the best game soundtrack composers out there

-super hard to find this game. the first or the second. fortunately the first two game are also available for PC via PSX emulators. that's how i played through the first one.
