Macros (binding combos to a single button) are banned in tournament play. Besides no serious stick manufacturer includes that feature anymore, so the parts in this stick are most likely crap.

So Sf4 Sanwa Stick over Hori RAP3 Special Edition?

If you can get one, yes, the SF4 stick is probably the best stick you can get for your money. The SA though is a very good substitute if you can't find one. Out of the box, the difference between the sf4 stick and the sa is just the small features that the sf4 has that other sticks don't, but the parts are the same.
