Random Post Thread

I don't really post in this thread but I've had a random thought and figured I'd run it by a video gaming community to help come to a decision(sounds like a flawless idea doesnt it?). Recently I've wanted to get back in shape and find a fun hobby to help give me something to do in my days other than read, sleep, video games. I thought of things I already find fun and thought climbing. So looked up indoor rock climbing locations near my house and found one within half an hour with what SOUND like pretty reasonable prices(I'm not sure what is or isn't). I'd take lessons first just for the purpose of seeing if it really does sound like a good idea that I'd enjoy 4+ times a week.

What're your guys'/gal's opinions? Sound like a decent idea? Do any of you rock climb? Does this sound like an idea that might help me get myself back on track, pass time, and help relax? It seems like fun, challanging, gives time to think,works my body, and also something I can do at my own pace. If any of you have experiance is that so for this sport?

Sorry if this is offtopic but I just didn't know where else to post it and I figured the number of people here some of you might be able to answer it or give me a varied opinion. Thanks for any responces and thought on this. Hope you're all having a good day. :)

This is the random thread, subject to just about any old thang you wanna post, within reason so it's cool.

I'd say go for it. Any physical activity is good for you, it looks kind of fun, and an indoor location should be nice and safe (and not require you to cut off your own arm). Just don't over exert yourself and especially don't over do it your first time or you're going to become sore all over and petrified.

One day, I want to learn to swim since I can only float on water on that note.
