wow um ooook. and namu sprinting can be good but jogging or running is better for endurance. i used to do track for 3yrs and i might just start back up again but trust me tht will build better endurance than sprinting.

lol man i exercise pre often though il need to double my regimen through the winter and i like to think i've got rafael nadal stamina ^_^. i had a 4hr and 15min match around October...it was one of the best matches ever. it was like roddick and fed @ wimby 09 or nadal v fed at wimby 08. i won 6-4, 5-7, 6-0, 6-7, 9-7 in the fifth.
