Can a slow internet affect the quality of a torrent download? I've been trying to download those Oh Shit subs off Frostwire like you guys said but when I play them the sound is way off from the picture and it skips like crazy.

File is ok, he just needs to update his codecs.

I always recommed to have installed las version of k-lite codec pack (full) and reproduce the videos with media player classic (included in K-little codec pack).
