P90X results: This stuff really works

Well I can honestly say that my hybrid routine of p90x is a pretty good success! I tried 3 weeks of a hybrid workout routine with modifying and intensifying to comes up with some crucial results. It's all borrowed from the p90x/beachbody workout routines but mixed in a way not presented in the disks, composed of chest/bicep/tricep, and shoulders/back/core. If need be, I can post the two hybrid routines to anybody who want them. This is what I'm currently looking like after the 3 week hybrid routine:

It trimmed my waist and defined my triceps more than anything, but you really can't tell in the pic though.

And here is a side by side shot of before I started the hybrid and where I am now:

I'm not going to lie; if I hadn't seen all the progress pics, I'd start to think this was one of those manipulated before/after shots you see in ads all the time. Excellent work.

Are you going to continue with your hybrid routine or try something different?
 
Well what i'm thinking of doing is mixing them in for 2 weeks for each phase and lessin' the actual phases so I don't do too much wear on my body. I did 3 weeks of this hybrid to see if it was worth keeping.

I can post the list of workouts if you want.

Start now. I've been on this thing for one week and I've lost 5 lbs. One week! Get with it!
