P90X results: This stuff really works

I'm ashamed to say this but I fell of the wagon about 3 weeks ago. I haven't worked out and ate crap all this time and regained fat. Looks like I'm back to the beginning again =( I'm disgusted with myself right now.

I need to work on my willpower more.

haven't dropped any weight...still sitting at 6'2" and 205 LBS. hopefully i can get down to about 185-190. honestly, i don't know how far into this program i will go. lots of muscle training, which i don't need or want. i think my hour would be better served jogging or bicycling. i am also very self-conscious even when i am alone. when doing plyometrics all i can think about is, "oh dear god what if someone saw me doing this..." i remember we caught a kid "shadow boxing" in gym in like 8th grade and STILL make fun of him for it when he isn't around. .

Why the hell would you make fun of someone for "Shadow Boxing" ? LoL You know how many times Bruce Lee or any MMA fighter has shadow boxed??
 
there is a big difference between bruce lee practicing form and a fat ginger kid fighting against the corner of the locker room when he thought he was all alone.

LoL still dont get it... He was shadow boxing... Big Deal... Did you guys really get that bored in school or did you really just not feel good about yourselves at all?

sounds like my ginger wasn't the only jackass that got caught shadowboxing in grade school. lol.
