Official Soulcalibur V 1.02 Patch Notes!

We all knew there were balance problems, I have no urge to re-learn the entire game after this patch so I'm officially not interested in perfecting my Soul Calibur 5 play. This will be the first version of Soul Calibur that I don't actually completely learn and I'm 100% certain that making a 6th Soul Calibur is not ever going to happen. The graphics didn't improve, the fighting system got horribly shitty (WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU REMOVE PARRIES THAT IS SO FUCKING RETARDED) and worst of all, after a fight you feel like you've poked and counterhit your way to victory. In other words, every Victory should be that Cheese symbol from Street Fighter for a victory of suck. Congratulations, the patch just proves how shitty a game was released and the balance changes are not going to balance it because knee-jerk reactions don't fix games they just appease some people sometimes. Is this game better than Soul Calibur 1? No. It's actually worse.
 
Well it's understandable why they toned the damage down on like 80% of the character roster. In comparison to Soul Calibur 4 characters just do Way to much damage.

However nerfing certain characters that were mid-tier/low tier at best isn't really fair overall.
