Obligitory Animes Thread

As much as I loved those anime when I first watched them, the original visual novels are so much better that I really can't recommend you get those before you get the games. Those cost a small fortune though if you don't live in Japan but easily much more worth it for your money than any combination of DVDs. (fate is much easier to find than tsukihime, but tsukihime is a much better game).

I had a feeling. Not many people have an opinion on that anime, but I heard it was very funny.

desertpunk is funny, and i recommend NOT buying ANY anime unless u just want it in english and cant find that in a torrent ;)

lol while i'm against that lol, if nobody buys than we won't continue to have our american anime fix..... and with more and more companies joining studios and channels such as Toonami, or Nick or Disney, etc... we're sort of needing more lol

however i torrent shit loads of stuff, but only before it hits america and then buy when it does hit here anyway. Tsukihime (the anime) is in the bargain bin on Rightstuf for like 6 bucks a DVD, that's cheap as hell. Fate/Stay on the other hand went from Geneon to FUNimation thus NOT getting the bargain treatment and only that thinpak box set, unless you SEARCH for teh singles which will cost shit loads. Desert Punk is funny as hell, and it's int he abrgain bin ALSO, so again it's cheap but i say the other two are better.

now for the Type-Moon originals, YES, they are amazing, but novels, sim type games etc may not be for everyone and I think Fate is a good anime as well, definately worth buying. Tsukihime is mixed between decent.......and well.....ughh.... but worth a WATCH anyway and a buy if it's cheap like so.

OKAY, well first off for Queen's Blade

do you know what it is to begin with, as in what it was before the anime started? If NOT, look it up, if SO, then it's EXACTLY that but now animated. ALL it is, is BOOBS, ACIDIC MILK SPEWING, TENTACLES, PISSING ONESELF ETC.... it is nudity, not trying to hide in ANY way and Yes the main girl pees herself twice in episode one. This show has no substance of any kind. Now for ME this is a good thing, because it came from subject matter of exactly what I said, they didn't change anything meaning they didn't try to make it something more than it could ever be, making it the least show this season to let me down, even though it's already way.........down there.

after that lol, ya, a Top anything is too hard for me, i can't single anything down to any numbers as it would constantly make me go NO everytime.

lmao queens blade is awsome my first impression was tv now plays hentais? but the anime is actully quite good k-on! os awsome valykira chronicles is good to alot of the new animes are pretty damn top motch!
