for all of those listed, it basically falls under what Marginal stated.
Ichigo 100% is an easy one since it's probably to most famous of the group, but not only is he going between multiple girls, each of which aiming for this loser, he's also trying to become a better movie director/photographer/camera man, and throughout he faces challenges that makes him choose things for better or worse and learn from it.

I'd argue that it's supposed to be that broad. It's a wide genre classification. Getting into harem stuff, slice of life, battle manga etc just creates subcategories within the genre rather than new genres all together.
It's just like how Shojo and Sienen bring certain kinds of content with them. Or how fantasy is a subgenre of science fiction/speculative fiction.
