Your comics and movies have been full of christian overtones for years. When Spiderman stops a train, arms outstretched, covered in blood shed for the people, who then take his lifeless body down off his crucifix, the christian overtones are about as subtle as a T-Rex.
Of course censorship and editorializing are things to worry about but I do doubt that Disney will do anything to compromise Marvel's profitability. What's working for them now is probably what they'll let them continue to do. Whether that means letting a fight be bloody or letting the Whitequeen continue sexily wearing lingerie everywhere she goes. And the cosplay that inspires:
