L.A. Noire

You're kidding right? Maybe not as much as today, but there was plenty of variety, it's not like Tex Ritter and Count Basie were doing the same type of music. The era saw an explosion of new styles including Rock, Smooth Jazz and Bebop. And don't forget there was a lot more on the radio than music, since there was no television. They had talk stations at the time with as much political bias as today (Charles Coughlin for instance), news programs, sports, dramas, comedies and variety shows. This was the era of "war of the worlds" and "The Shadow". Rockstar kinda missed the boat on the immersion train with that one. I guess though as long as the game runs, they didn't wanna rack up their licensing costs.

I was to lazy to look into later on I second guessed myself after I posted that but eh whatever.

I love this game, its way different and its not gonna be for everyone but its a fresh change of pace. It's just a bit wierd trying to control myself when driving around-

ROFL. That comic is hilarious. Interrogations are driving me nuts. Not that I'm totally bombing them, does a chime play when you get a question right and a different one when you're wrong? They sound the same to me.

Also, did not expect female frontal nudity. Don't worry, it's disappointing, lol, unless you're a necrophiliac. I'll leave it at that.

Yeah there is a difference in the chime, correct answers end with a high note and wrong ones with a low. I personally wish they didn't tell you if it was right or wrong and just let the interview play out according to your choices.

I think you got the chimes flopped: the wrong answers play a four-note chime that ends high.

Anyone else like the Golden Butterfly case? It's so maddening how you get upbraided for doing the right thing, but then you realize, or at least I did, sometimes it ain't about doing the right thing.
