JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle

I just got this game after beginning getting into the JoJo Manga/Anime a couple weeks ago and I gotta say that I really enjoy it. I am kind of awful at it, but I would love to improve. I'll utilize those guides up above! Thanks for providing those by the way.
So how popular would you say this game is in Japan? I would love to see it get a sequel, or at least even more characters from the series since it has a good selection to choose from.
 
Last I heard, the game sold over 500 000 copies the first week in Japan (then plummeted to next to nothing the next week, as most games in Japan do). There was a lot of backlash because of the 20min wait times in campaign mode, and the story mode wasn't what people thought it would be from a CC2 game.

In the west, when it went up for pre-order it was constantly in the top 20/ top 10 of best selling ps3 titles/games in general for a while on Amazon (in Italy and NA). They haven't released any official numbers for the west, though.

Lisa Lisa, Old Joseph, and Baoh are out now. They released a new campaign pack that has ALL the campaigns in it. So you have access to ALL the stuff now.

What characters have you all been playing? I've been using Caesar, Diavolo and Kakyoin. Kakyoin can be tough to use. I think you really have to know as much as possible about the opponent's character to do well.
 
So they released all of the campaigns, but only Lisa Lisa, Oldseph and Baoh? Odd. Is Fugo playable once you start up, at least? He was free in Japan.

As for characters, I've been blasting my way through campaign mode with Polnareff for the most part. If the netcode weren't so shit I'd be playing Joseph more often, but trying to land counters with all that lag just isn't fun. Jonathan is also fun.

I cannot for the life of me fight well with Johnny and Gyro, though. Gyro's not so bad because he's got a fair moveset while he's not on his horse, but characters having a stance that they leave when they get knocked down? Not my scene.
