From what I understood from that article, the Collector's Edition will have the pre-order costumes for the full cast of female characters right? If so, that's a relief.

Indeed it is, one premium swimsuit costume for each of the females (12 in total) if you pre-order the collector's edition. Maybe the DOA Angels/Devils will be up for DLC eventually. Would totally suck if it never became DLC.
