I miss the scuba steve suit for Bayman ^^;
Who says it won't be there? So far he has conventional military gear, a MGS-ish sneaking suit and casual attire as known costumes in this game.
I hope there is an option for Kokoro to wear her Kimono without the Slit underneath, just undies, the way it looked like in the original DOA4 trailer...
On that note I hope Kasumi gets the wall move from that Trailer also... That would be fucken awesome...

No swimsuits for Bayman.
He has one in the E3 build, actually. It's a wet suit minus the mask and flippers.
I think they wanted to give the impression of Bayman emerging from the depths of the Bay to kick your ass, but without as much of the lulz.
