No opinionated wall this time, just this:

Sorry for the wall of text people but I had to say something.

Bin Laden killed in the name of religion; US killed in the name of 9-11.
Justice sould be about punishing the guilty, not spilling the blood of the Innocence.
It is intresting that Death has united your country for this moment.

Judging the U.S based on its unification after a disaster or its aftermath by saying that DEATH has united them in a negative connotation makes me sick. Wouldn't have Canada been more unified if a disaster of this magnitude would have happened in Toronto? Or if the cause of such would have been brought to justice?? If they didn't than that would only demonstrate lack of patriotism, not love of peace.

Plus Eli you honestly sound as ignorant as every other American out there by saying that the killing of Arabs in the Middle East or the war was in the name of 9/11. And comparing the US to Bin Laden makes you look like every other uniformed USA hater.

One of the questions is, is his death gonna do any good, or will it serve as a catalyst?
It could foster hate again. Isn't it possible we could end up with something similar to the resentful Germany after WW1? It won't be to the same extent as that, but still.

What are you talking about???? LOL Germany after WW1?? In what way, shape or form does this compare to Germany after the first world war????

Osama was a symbol of hate, and thus was also the most hated man on earth. Bringing him down was the archetypal act of good beating evil. People can say there is no such thing as Justice, there is only Punishment but that is mere semantics. He was the architect of 9/11 thus killing him is the ultimate act of avenging those who died that day. If that's not Justice I don't know what is.
Of course it wont bring anyone back from the dead, but ask the families of the people that died that day if this isn't a glorious news to them?
