it's not glue, it's locktite (which i guess is a kind of glue lol) but it's meant to keep the screw from unthreading from the nut. if it's free spinning you either lost the interior nut or broke the housing for it.

lol enk, the madcatz se sticks don't use seimitsu parts.it uses madcatz parts, which are cheap knockoffs (similar in quality to hori's current gen of parts), which are garbage quality compared to actual seimitsu parts, which , depending on preference, are of equal or better quality than sanwa...

link's stick doesn't use lasers, they're ir leds (it's a sanwa flash). and even thought jaxel wants a fortune for his flash pcb, it's all you need. just swap it out with the one in your te and run a 5v line to it and you're good. unfortunately, finding one for a reasonable price is impossible...

you can hack a 360 pcb and install it in your te. it's lag free.

you know, i don't even have a picture of the titty stick. i'll have to get some next time i'm up. cost cannot be worked out without consideration of many, many variables. typically my single systems go for about $300, and multi systems around $400. like i said, can't say until i know exactly...

i think i just ran into the pcb you're haning trouble with. it seems the triggers are high instread of low. look here http://forums.shoryuken.com/showthread.php?t=169203

can't really help you without knowing the exact model ignis. you try using 10k ohm resistors on the pot points and solderong directly to there?

i say go with seimitsu. they'll pop right in and take care of your sensitivity issue. i use them on almost all of my customs. easier slide inputs and perfect sensitivity imo.
