Some streetpass group is trying to hold a competitive tourney - But they're not banning evasion bullshit.
Calling it now, they all have Sand Veil Garchomps and Double Team Metagross.

Banning something that is in the game just because some random community (smogon) doesn't like is stupid IMO

I prefer the official Nintendo rules. No Ubers and most importantly, no duplicate items.
