I think that's just a case of foreskin length varying from person to person. Foreskin needs to be pulled back around puberty anyway for washing.

No. Pulling back for washing isn't the same as keeping the foreskin retracted (in the same manner as foot-binding) to change how it grows. Only a few people (relative to general population) have sexy, short foreskins without that method.

As a person that loves body modification, that still creeps me out. You should also look into the ancient skull elongation practices. Gave people alien-looking skulls in cultures around the world.

I wasn't aware of that practice. Pardon the misinterpretation.

Since it's nothing to do with the present topic, all I'll say about foot binding is that everything about it makes my skin crawl, including the sociological aspects of it, and I'm very glad to see the practise dead. In favour of not flying into raging closet feminist mode, though, I'll leave it at that.
