Uncut (personal disagreements with the practice of circumcision) and N/A respectively.

I prefer cut. The uncut guys I DO like are FAR too rare - the kind that, when flaccid, aren't completely covered. I like the Japanese tradition of retracting the foreskin during puberty, to cause this effect. :v Either way, if the mushroom isn't more wide than the shaft... I'm gonna be turned off. D:

I think that's just a case of foreskin length varying from person to person. Foreskin needs to be pulled back around puberty anyway for washing.
