If you like to play a defensive game, I can pretty much garuntee Omega Pyrrah will be a great fit for you.
Her moveset is built to work really well with a defensive style. =)
 
Then I will have to probably go into the gothic Pyrrha character. Though she looks very boring but maybe that's just because she's already in the game as "not gothic Pyrrha"

Also a question for you is, Pyrrha is supposed to be new Sophitia but with sort of an altered moveset, is there a character who is more similar to Cassandra in their moveset at all? I never mained Cassandra, but it seems like she was taken out of the roster and not replaced at all.

Then you should definitely try Pyrrha or Omega. They're both derivations of Sophitia/Cassandra, characters know for being great at punishing.
 
Then I will test them out. I did like Sophitia in SCII when I played with my friends, so I'll definitely give them a test run to see if a defend/punish/counterattack playstyle suits me in SCV
