Sounds like the Makoto, Dudley, Ibuki thing was spot on.

I just realized I only find the girls interesting (Makoto, Ibuki, Juri). I hope they give Dic his alpha fireball. Or a faster teleport at least.
 
Shitty alpha projectile or better teleport wouldn't fix his main issue, which is turning a match back in his favor. He used to be a fairly high damage character, but now he's pretty much taken Claw's place as a hit and run character, which works well enough for him... until you lose a life lead. Personally I'd like a change with either his EX PC or EX KP (They're almost interchangeable), so that one leads to a crumple or w/e into ultra. Even if the ultra tacks on as little as Boxer's ultra juggle, it'd still go a long way imho.
