Bison can turtle too. SF4's shortcut controls gave him a lot of leeway.

e.g.
db = b and d charge.
db~d~db+3k = back teleport (escape shit while maintaining d charge, and b charge restores quick enough after the teleport because you're already holding db)
ex hs = invincibility
If all else fails, fadc > 2-3 hit string > scissors/ex scissors/super.

I hope he gets a fireball in SSF4. I'd like to go back to SF, but I really don't like the current balance of the game.
 
db,db = dp is an SF4 shortcut iirc. Otherwise I wasted hours on hours on SF2 practicing forward~down~to~downforward. :)
 
Ibuki just seriously got me into this game! My second biggest complaint about the game was that there were no characters that I really liked! =D
