Demigod - New from Gas Powered Games...

So has anyone played this game yet? Its from GPG... the guys behind Total Annihilation and Supreme Commander... so they have a high pedigree of making extremely beautiful and well-balanced RTS games. This is their newest game. Its played like DOTA (Defense of the Ancients Warcaft 3 mod); so you get heroes and you creep around the map. Its possibly one of the best tower defense games I have EVER played. Since its a new game, it only has 8 heroes to choose from, but each hero plays as basically a DIFFERENT GAME.

There are 2 types of demigods, Assassins and Generals. Assassins operate as themselves and thats it. General demigods act as squad leaders and they must manage troops. I personally play as Lord Erebus, the Vampyre General Demigod.

My friend has, haven't heard anything else besides "it's extremely fun".
 
Well I pirated the game on Thursday... on Friday, I went out and BOUGHT IT... thats how good it is.

With a game THIS GOOD, I support the developers...

Then it must be a fantastic game.

Sidenote: I just had a maaadddd case of Deja Vu.
 
Deja Vu? Why? Gas Powered Games also has a reputation of offering great support for their games, with constant patches and upgrades... as well as releasing addons (like units in Total Annihilation) completely for free. These are also the people who did Sins of a Solar Empire.
