I'd probably go around fixing up shitty schools so they weren't so shitty anymore.
I'd probably do a lot of traveling, checking out sites from all over the world.
Give my niece a crap load of money so she can go to college when she gets older.
Invest money into arts and music for schools.
Probably take care of my family financially.
Prepare an awesome global funeral for myself, where I would have live bands playing music. Shit would be broadcast on every fucking station. The even would last 4 weeks until I croak then its over.
 
I don't mean to sound like a douche but saying "talking about the fact you have one year left to live" doesn't really sound right. More like "'if' you had one year left."

Uhh...Buy a giant yacht that can become a plane while making daquiris and has an endless supply of women and a very large sturdy bed....
