Windows 7

My copy of Win7 Professional is on its way but I'm kinda've dreading the transition because its yet another move for all my video editing software and plugins. I'm sure its fine for your average user and probably beats the heck out of the mess Vista launch was. Not sure how well Adobe will pare with Win7. In any case I'll be keeping Vista64 and installing Win7 fresh to a new drive.

Jaxel, any issues with Cineform with Win7? And how's WMP on Win7? Better native codec support? Or do you still have to go through third parties?

Yeah... I can't get Cineform working with Win7... but I'm using a 3 year old version of Cineform; and I don't have the license to get the new stuff. However, I'm finding that the new Blackmagic 2.0 software is working great. WMP is a ton better in Win7, but it seems to have issues with stuttering on web-page embedding (like on gametrailers.com). As for codec support, I just use K-Lite Mega Codec pack and everything seems to work fine. As for Adobe, it runs WAY better on Win7.
