Why do people think that suicide is wrong?

It depends on the situation. If a guy is a mass murderer and kills himself then people see suicide as a cheap way out.
If a person is deeply depressed then it's just horrible all around for that person and their family.
 
It's a grey area where circumstance and how it's carried out differ. Sometimes there's a valid reason and a valid way, but it's rare and a taboo is built upon it to avoid needless and unjustified suicide.
 
Suicide = Rage quitting on life

In the event of suicidal thoughts, you have to wear this and parade yourself in public.

Religious bans it....At least my religion does..
If you do suffer in life,and see suicidal as a solution,no... you just have to wait and try to withstand it as much as you can,because in the end,it all pays off in paradise,not just any heaven though...
