They aren't even trying to pretend it's a survival horror series anymore are they?

I wouldn't think so.

That seemed to go away with RE4 (which I'm fine with).

I'd rather have a fun game with smooth controls than one with crappy fixed camera angles and cheap scares.

But that's just me.

The only survival horror game that ever scared me was Eternal Darkness, just because of the sheer WTF factor.

I'm getting the game and i'm even paying the $90 dollars for the collectors addition. But I'm pissed that the trailers are spoiling way too much!!!! ULTIMATE Spoiler for me was Jill Valentines Gravestone being shown during the tgs 2008 trailer. I was like WTF!!!! Favorate character " dead ". Wesker is Godly, OWNS Chris this time.
