Its just a bunch of fans (+ Hatsune Miku) singing a bunch of songs from popular games, anime, and anime based off of games. Most fans of anime will recognize a bunch of the songs, but a lot of them are from rather obscure things that would never see the light of day in the states.

I recognize most of it, as I am a big anime fan. I just wish I could recognize what they were saying.
