I fell in love with Mature and Elizabeth. Then Vice ended up being low tier =(

Yes, but I also learned how to play her. She is a easy character to learn really.

Vice has always ALWAYS been low tier, except maybe when she was a pile of game-breaking glitches in OG 13. Her basics are much more solid overall in this one though (Non-shitty jump-arc and some form of a reliable reaction AA in EX sleeve) so she's plenty useable.
