Yeah so I'm noticing the cool off period happens when you do 50 straight votes. I've done up to 45, waited 5 minutes, then done another 45 for like 4 hours straight now. That's close to 700 votes an hour. Much better than 50 and having to wait another 2 hours.

Okay so there's some bullshit going on. I've been doing the voting thing for the past hour and we have fallen .35%. I know that doesn't sound like a lot but those who have been voting knows that's some bullshit. Something screwy is going on I tell ya!
