I think you're over-reacting a bit. I mean, there are way simpler ways to do this kinda stuff...
Well, no need for name-calling. I addressed the fact that people may be concerned by it, and aside from my personal reasons (along with the official "fairness" of using a script) I think we're all forgetting that it's just an online poll. Like, it doesn't actually say anywhere "this poll will decide the next game" or anything. Fact is, even the "X votes every Y hours" model is more made to keep you coming back to the website often to watch more ads, as opposed to being modeled for an accurate head-count or anything.
To be clear, this was merely an exercise is procrastination that had the pretty cool effect of making your browser window dance in front of you. So I figured I'd share it because it was cool.
