Things I think turned out to be an epic fail in any game
Halo 4: (I'll try to not make this sound like I don't like it, because I honestly do think its a great game) In Halo 4, I'm an AR user, as AR user my type relies on 50% Berserking & 50% Close Quarters Combat. Because I have to be like that, I find myself at a stop where not even I can come up with a solution. Usually, I'm the absolutely best guy to come up with any solution in any game, but for this certain problem, I have no solution. The problem is that I seem to lack fighting against ppl who use DMR (A far ranged gun that is meant to be a "stay back" weapon) & Bolt Shotgun (A side arm shotgun to use when around corners).
Now, I don't have too much of a fit about DMR, I find it to be an acceptable fair gun & non cheap against AR. However, inventing a side arm shotgun eliminates my purpose as a close quarters combat, berserking, AR user. I've had numerous games where all enemies used DMR & Bolt Shotgun. Again, DMR is fair, because I'm able to come after you if I play smart enough. However, when those times come when I'm close enough to take my enemies shield out. When that happens, the only thing they do is run away, which is normal I suppose. But when they do, you always got that feeling to pursue, because you know their about to die. After chasing after so many enemies, every single one of them had one thing in common. They all ran away & took cover behind anything. As soon as they know I'm coming after to kill them, they pull out that Bolt Shotgun & take me out in one hit.
You have no idea how annoying & bullshit that is to use your favorite beloved close quarters gun & work hard to take your enemies shields out for them to run away & camp so they can use Bolt Shotgun on you. I'll give little relief for this, due to grenades if I ever had one, which I usually don't because I used them up on beginning battles. Anyways, the point of all this is that my purpose to be who I am, even as a normal basic AR user, is unvalid it seems like. I'm still trying to come up with a solution but this ones a really tough one, even for DEX.
Above all, they should of never made a side arm shotgun. That's what I find to be an epic fail in this game called Halo 4.
Skyrim: (I'm pretty sure I explained this already, so if you already heard it, skip this game) I find Skyrim to be a little more on the bad side of being a good game. The only reason why I'm still hangin around it is because of my Lv 81 High Elf Mage. Why I thought the game was bad: because when you reach level 81 with godly enchanted items, your completely overpowered. Thus making the game uncompetitive & entertaining. I've fixed that problem before, but I'm still kinda percieved as overpowered, just not as much like last time.
Another thing, the games leveling system sucks major balls. I find it retarded that the leveling system is that in order to be level 81, you must level all skills. Its retarded because leveling all skills is pointless. You'd be wasting a very large portion of your life into leveling skills you'd never buy with the perk points to even begin with. Now, I'm greatfull for the book "Ohgma Infinium" to bypass such a bullshit leveling system. But using that book to be level 81 takes a good portion out of the gameplay to be any entertaining. I kinda wish I could be leveling up my own class (Mage) legitimately in a way where I could also be level 81 without wasting my time leveling up the other classes in order to be level 81. Also, It'd be nice if the experience you gain on the skills list would be tripled. Trying to level up certain skills is kinda too long. I could be done playing all of Skyrim & all my mage skills wouldn't be near 100.
Lastly is the gameplay of Skyrim itself. The gameplay imo is kind of an epic fail itself, when it comes to playing as a mage (Not sure about warriors or assassins). All spells have a RIDICULOUS mana cost. Even as Master Mage, Master Spells are really expensive. Now coming from someone whose smart at getting a solution, elemental cost reduction would usually be that answer. However, if you whent with either one, you'll notice that your weakness shifts. If you go after ECR (Elemental Cost Reduction), your gonna have low magicka & low magicka regen. If you whent with the other way, you'll have expensive spells (Possibly too expensive that you won't be able to cast it). Both ways will lead you to an utter way of being unable to cast spells (Keep in mind, where not trying to be ridiculously overpowered, so full ECR enchanted items would be unacceptable).
My health & survivability should be my highest worries, but instead I get multiple things to worry about, if my health & survivability isn't bad enough already.
Sims 3: I'm an incredible house maker. I have shocking skills to make giant mansions, which is something I truly love & enjoy doing. However, the small problem that comes between me & the game that equals up to us having an epic fail is "fire meter". The Fire Meter is something thats been added to Sims 3 that acts as a block of adding anymore items to your house. Once the fire meter is maxed, you can no longer do anything to the house anymore. I've come across points where I had such gigantic beautiful haunted mansions that are 2 stories high & it comes with a pool, wide open nature areas, a garage, & your own personal gate.
I would get so frusterated at the fire meter, because I had so many ideas to make my mansions look so godly, packed with elegant luxury items. Unfortunately, I'm put at a stop whenever I want to build what I want. Its really maddening & saddening to see all your effort & godly creativeness be put at a stop. I got mansions that are half built, some that are no where near done, & some that were so close. Above all, if you pictured the mansions being done, It'd be so damn amazing that I wouldn't be able to describe them. That's my conflict with the game, which apparently turned out to be an epic fail to me personally.
I only have one mansion completed & finished... that's pretty sad. Especially for someone who really, really, loves to enjoy a wild running imagination let loose to create the most biggest elegant beautiful mansions.
I think I'm gonna stop right here now... I could say more, but "NAH, I'm fine....."
