Uncharted 3 Drakes Deception

I enjoyed the game but not enough to make me keep it. There were too many other aspects of the game that I just did not care for. The plot was well done as was the voice acting, soundtrack, setting, and characters. Cutter for example is awesome.
I have other beefs with it though...the whole releasing DLC content the same month the game was released...sure this happens often but really it seems more like they took out pieces of the final game (multiplayer maps and the like) specifically to charge people for it at the end of the month. These are major dlc things too not just a skin here or there...also charging 49 cents per skin when U2 had most of the same shit as unlockables is simply bullshit.
The online pass thing is also another beef I have with the company. I understand why it is being implemented but this means that if someone bought the game used they would not be able to play online because of the online pass code. For a multiplayer game this is just frustrating in my mind. So although I did enjoy the game the multiplayer aspect is crap (especially since some people have been able to play it since beginning of October and are taking advantage of this to slaughter noobs. I'm not really a fan of multiplayer games to begin with so this does not help my feelings on the matter of this game much either.
replay value is also pretty crappy...what happened to unlocking stuff for the next playthrough...what is the fracking point of treasure in the main story this time through? just for trophies...lame.
it does not help I hate the recurring animals in the game...thought they would do something with them beyond that...I suppose we can assume they were brought to the other locations. still creepy.
there is just not enough to warrant keeping. I should have rented it in retrospect. Now don't get me wrong it is a good game. I am just unhappy with the way the company is being run and some of the major changes between U2 and U3. If anything I'll probably pick up the game a number of years later when it is available for 25-30 dollars.

so i beat this game.
and i love it. I agree with greg's (IGN) score. storywise, this was absolutely brilliant. my biggest complaint which comes up only as a nitpick is that there is just way too many animations. i mean Drake was constantly moving. from touching his face, to looking around, to holstering his gun, to touching his arm, to reaching out to touch a wall, really made him feel like a schitzophrenic, or a crack head. didn't help that i would go on my own way to look for treasure while Sully, or whoever else i'm supposed to be following stops to wait for me while i search. adlibing that part was hilarious...
